Terms of Service

For event organizers

Organizers license PitSentry under a written agreement that sets the setup fee, platform fee, and payment schedule. Those terms control where they differ from this page. Organizers are responsible for their event's rules, pricing, refunds, and the accuracy of information on their event site.

For teams, vendors, and ticket buyers

• Registration and purchase terms — fees, refunds, cancellations, and event rules — are set by the event organizer, not by PitSentry.
• Payments are made to the organizer through the organizer's Stripe account. PitSentry does not hold funds and cannot issue refunds; contact the organizer.
• Registration links are unique to your team or business. Keep them private. You may forward a link to a person registering on your behalf; you are responsible for what they submit.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to interfere with the platform, other registrants, or the event.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, especially during registration windows and event days, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access to address security or abuse.

Content and intellectual property

PitSentry and its software are owned by RioPlex Technology LLC. Event names, logos, maps, and content belong to the respective organizers. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PitSentry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by an organizer about its event. Our total liability to any organizer is limited to the fees paid to us for that event.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
